At Corden Voss, we take pride in the quality of every product we offer. Your satisfaction is our priority.

1. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We accept returns only if: product arrived damaged, defective, wrong item delivered, or significantly different from description.

Customers must provide photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery.

2. NON-RETURNABLE: Change of mind, wrong address by customer, used/damaged product, minor color/size variation.

3. REPLACEMENT: Free replacement within 3-5 business days after approval.

4. REFUNDS: Only if replacement not possible. 5-7 business days. COD refunds via bank transfer.

5. TO REQUEST: Email cordenvoss@gmail.com within 48 hours with order number and proof.

6. CANCELLATION: Within 12 hours only. Email immediately.

7. COD POLICY: Orders may be verified. Repeated refusals may result in blocking.
